As an Assistant Manager, your role is pivotal in assisting the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with hiring, supervising and collaborating with staff to accomplish daily tasks including bookkeeping and merchandising.
  • Upholding high standards and delivering fast, friendly service to our customers.
  • Ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance.
  • Executing our high standards in the food program and setting an example for your team.
  • Demonstrating a sense of urgency, patience and leadership.
