Key Responsibilities
The Project Analyst assumes a crucial position within the UK Center of Excellence (COE) and collaborates closely with the UK Project Accounting team, specifically focusing on Project Billers for UK confidential clients. Responsibilities include:
- Performing specific project setup tasks in Oracle, encompassing tasks like establishing key team members, validating contract and agreement setups and executing other project setup functions not automated by EcoSys.
- Reviewing the work breakdown structure for compatibility with automated billing processes.
- Identifying projects suitable for automatic billing based on rates or time and materials.
- Inputting billing details necessary for automated billing, using information sourced from Project Managers (PMs) or contract billing schedules.
- Configuring ‘bill to addresses’ at the project level.
- Participation in financial enhancement initiatives led by AtkinsRéalis.
It’s important to note that initially, this role reports to the Global Process Team for Order to Cash and receives support from the Global Project Accounting Team. After the implementation of OneERP in the UK, this role transitions into the UK Centre of Excellence.
Professional & Technical Skills

- Experience in accounting or project controls within a sizable international corporation.
